The brain is the central cerebral powerhouse of our nervous system and carries out commands that involve, well, the entire body! This vital organ takes up about 20% of the oxygen we take in and is a mere 2% of our body mass.
Large enough to hold one million Earths, the provider of nearly all the energy that fuels life here, regulates the temperature, controls the water cycle, and without life on Earth would not be possible. The Sun!
The human foot is a pretty remarkable part of our bodies. 26 bones working together to do some cool things that keep our lives interesting. This is definitely a huge part in keeping us moving and keeping our lives interesting.
