What Does Life Here on Earth Tell Us about Our Universe?

Energy, an atmosphere and liquid water are critical ingredients for supporting life on a planet. This original Dome feature created by the Science Museum of Virginia explores the cosmic recipe for planetary habitability and how our planet is changing from the cosmic perspective. This astronomy feature is followed by a live presentation that allows you to explore the stars like never before.

This film is currently only available for groups. However, this film may become part of the Museum's public film library in the future.

Book your group adventure today and explore planetary habitability like never before on our 76-foot Dome screen! With discounted group rates, groups have the opportunity to schedule exclusive featured shows on Virginia’s largest movie screen.

Groups can add a Dome feature to their visit for just $4 per person. Click here to learn more about our Group Visit Policies.
