Create your own marbled paper masterpiece in the Forge!
Learn about chemical processes and aqueous surface design to make your own marbled master piece in The Forge! Tools used in this Maker Workshop include paper, high flow acrylics, fans and heat guns (optional). Skills used include design, pattern making and paper manipulation.
This workshop will be held at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. on September 1, 2, 3, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 26, 28, 29 and 30.
Forge Workshops are included with Museum admission. Advance registration is required and can be done in person at the Guest Services desk or by talking with a Forge Facilitator. Click below to purchase your tickets to the Museum.
Maker Workshops are 45-minute experiences led by Forge Facilitators. These project-based workshops result in a take-home item and are limited to 12 participants. All participants in this workshop must be 8 years or older. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
