Learn how to create a captivating mini pepper's ghost illusion from simple materials in The Forge. A pepper's ghost illusion is a theatrical effect that makes objects seemingly appear out of thin air. This effect is achieved by reflecting a hidden object onto a partially reflective surface. With just some cardboard, LEDs, and plexiglass, you can build a fantastic anamorphic scene that is sure to impress. Our educators will provide step-by-step instructions and you'll leave with an understanding of this age-old technique and how simple tools can be used to create a spectacular visual treat!

Tools used in this Maker Workshop include cardboard, acrylic, tape, glue, LEDs and batteries. Skills used include design, assembly and basic circuitry.

This workshop will be held at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. on March 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31.
