With just a variety of materials, get creative and design a mini motorized snowplow to help us clear a path in The Forge. Combine different colors and sizes to create something truly unique; what challenges will you overcome? Discover the amazing design possibilities using these materials. It's sure to be a one-of-a-kind experience that you won't forget. Let's get building!

Tools used in this challenge include building blocks, motors and clips. Skills used include creative design, engineering and construction.

This challenge will be held daily between 10 a.m.– noon everyday in January except for the following dates (January 1, 2, 7, 9, 14, 23 and 28).

About Maker Challenges

Stop by The Forge anytime during Maker Challenge hours! No registration is required and you can stay for 15 minutes or the full 2 hours!

Maker Challenges are included with Science Museum admission and are designed for learners of all ages. Use your creativity and critical thinking skills to build solutions to fun challenges! New and different challenges happen each month.

Advance registration is not required, but space is limited to 25 participants at a time. All participants must be at least 8 years or older. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
