Online Membership FAQs

1. Members must login on the top right corner of the webpage with their email and password. Note: the primary member must use their email address to login to activate benefits online.
2. The webpage will show your current membership level and expiration date.
3. Select the membership level you wish to renew. Update any information, if necessary.
4. Click “Add Membership to Order.”
5. Enter your Payment Details.
6. Then select “Complete Order."
7. When you complete your order, you will receive an email with your updated digital membership card to download to your smart device or to print from home.

All gift memberships will activate when the recipient redeems an activation code.

1. Select the level you wish to purchase.
2. Enter the buyer’s payment information on the checkout page.
3. When you complete your order, the buyer will receive an email with instructions on how to share the gift membership to the recipient.

1. The buyer will email the recipient the activation code with a website link attached.
2. The recipient will select the membership level that was gifted to them.
3. The recipient will enter their payment information on the checkout page.
4. Click “Apply a gift card."
5. Enter the activation code and click “apply."
6. Click “complete order."
7. When you complete your order, the recipient will receive an email with their digital membership card to download to their smartphone device or to print from home.

2. Select the Exhibit/Ticket event. Then select the date and time.
3. Choose the number of member tickets you need to purchase. Note: Select Member Adult or Member Youth ticket types.
4. Click “Add to Ticket Order."
5. Click “Continue to payment."
6. Then select “Complete Payment."
7. When you complete your order, you will receive an email with your tickets attached.

2. Select the giant screen film or astronomy show you want to see. Then select the date and time.
3. Choose the number of member tickets you need to purchase. If you have unused digital Dome passes, they will automatically be applied toward your order on the checkout page. Note: If you have an Infinite membership, your discount will apply automatically once items are added to cart.
4. Click “Add to Ticket Order.”
5. Click “Continue to payment.”
6. Then select “Complete Payment."
7. When you complete your order, you will receive an email with your Dome tickets attached.

Digital membership cards will be sent immediately after your transaction. You can print a pdf version or save the digital membership card on your smart device using Apple Wallets.
