Scientifically Proven Fun!
Are you looking for a fun, unique, memorable and–most importantly, easy–place to host your child’s birthday party? Then you’re in the right place. We have birthday parties down to a science and are here to help engineer the perfect celebration!
You don’t need to come up with activities for the party guests because all party packages include free access to the Science Museum’s interactive exhibitions and public programming. From critters to games to hands-on challenges, there’s plenty to keep party goers of all ages entertained in the building!
Birthday parties are for children ages 3–12, and include a private room for your celebration. Our onsite café by Bean Sprouts makes food and beverages fun and easy—just order a week in advance. (And yes, you can bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes.)
Birthday parties are available at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays only. The host may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party start time to set up the room. The room will be available for 90 minutes. After the party, guests may enjoy the Science Museum!
Before booking, please read our birthday party FAQs so you have all the important details about hosting a birthday party at the Science Museum.
