Are you eating lunch at the Museum?

Lunches will be scheduled on a first come first served basis when your group arrives at the Museum. A lunch spot and time are not guaranteed, so please be prepared to eat on your buses or on the lawn if no spots are available.

Additional Programing
Add a Live Science Demonstration to your visit for just $4 per person.

Demonstrations are explorations where participants watch and engage with a Museum educator who showcases amazing scientific experiments to guests. Demonstrations last around 30 minutes. Please note that Live Science Demonstrations are not available for Saturday and Sunday visits.

Add a Group Workshop to your visit for just $4 per person.

Group Workshops provide students with an opportunity to investigate a scientific phenomenon facilitated by a Museum educator. Workshops last around 45 minutes. Please note that Workshops are not available for Saturday and Sunday visits.

Add an Engineering Challenge Lab to your visit for just $4 per person.

Our Engineering Challenge Labs are an opportunity for students to investigate scientific phenomena while working collaboratively to imagine, plan, create, test, and improve on solutions to design challenges. Students will use their own creativity and real scientific tools to evaluate their creations. Most Engineering Challenge Labs last around 45 minutes. Please note that Engineering Challenge Labs are not available for Saturday and Sunday visits.

Add a Dome feature to your visit for just $4 per person.

All Dome features are approximately 45 minutes.

Add Planet Shark: Predator or Prey to your visit for just $5 per person.

If visiting between May 28 and September 2, add our touring exhibition Planet Shark: Predator or Prey, featuring a stunning collection of shark teeth, jaws, fossil specimens and life-size models of this often misunderstood predator.
