Emergency Assistance Is Available at Guest Services

Please see Guest Services staff at the desk in the Rotunda if you have any medical needs while at the Museum.

Portable Defibrillators

• Several defibrillators (AEDs) are located throughout the Museum. Staff has been trained in their use.

Food Allergies and Special Dietary Needs

• The Science Museum offers grab-and-go style foods in the café and vending machines near the restrooms in case guests need a snack or drink. Guests with special dietary needs or who suffer from sensitive or life-threatening food allergies are welcome to bring pre-prepared foods to the Science Museum.

Service Animals

• Service dogs are welcome at the Science Museum.
• Science Museum staff may ask that a service dog be removed if it is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or it is not housebroken. If this occurs, the individual will be given the opportunity to remain at the Science Museum without the animal.
