The Rotunda

We had our reception in the Rotunda and a small ceremony on the balcony above the front doors. Shannon was amazing to work with. She was super communicative and answered all our questions in the months leading up to our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about logistics the day of because she had it all under control with the caterer.

Thank you for making the process of hosting our wedding at the Science Museum of Virginia as painless as possible! You were amazing to work with and incredibly accommodating! Our guests loved the venue, and we are so glad we celebrated our special day in such a special place!

We visited the museum as guests and used it as the venue for our wedding. On both fronts, the experience was by all accounts immaculate. As a guest, you have access to many interesting and creative exhibits and experiences for a relatively low price (especially as far as entertainment in the area goes). As an event venue, you are treated to world-class communication and professional coordination, which in our case, was led by Shannon. All our guests were incredibly impressed with the venue, and I was impressed with how easy to work with and accommodating everyone there was.
