Step into our kitchen as we use science to create something delicious!

Have you ever thought about all the science that goes into your snacks? How about how certain foods are more sustainable than others? Stop by to grab a sample as we serve up some tasty science!

In this demo, guests may be invited to explore how miracle berries trick their taste buds, listen to us chirp about a sustainable protein source, discover what makes certain foods poisonous or not, and more! This demo will leave you with plenty of takeaways, so pop in the Boost kitchen (we don’t take reservations for this establishment) and dig in as you experience scientific mysteries in food!

Demonstrations are explorations where participants watch and engage with a Museum educator who showcases amazing scientific experiments to guests.
