Volunteers from the Richmond-area nonprofit K-9 Alert will be out in the TrainYard to demonstrate canine "live find" techniques that are used to support emergencies in Virginia and beyond. K-9 Alert handlers and their dogs aid public agencies at no cost during times of crisis by request through the Virginia Department of Emergency Management.
