Step into The Forge for an exciting hands-on experience where creativity and innovation come to life. Explore a variety of materials and maker techniques through our rotating stations, each offering unique challenges like fiber creations, robotics, cardboard construction, screen printing, circuit building, and more. With fresh opportunities around every corner, there's always something new to discover and create. Whether you're a seasoned maker or just starting out, The Forge is the perfect place for all ages to learn, innovate, and most importantly, have fun!
This challenge will be offered daily from 10 a.m.— 5 p.m. except December 1 —20, 22, 24, 25 and 29.
Stop by The Forge anytime during Maker Challenge hours! No registration is required and you can stay for 15 minutes or the full 2 hours!
Maker Challenges are included with Science Museum admission and are designed for learners of all ages. Use your creativity and critical thinking skills to build solutions to fun challenges! New and different challenges happen each month.
Advance registration is not required, but space is limited to 25 participants at a time. All participants must be at least 8 years or older. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
